Welcome to the ARG theory collection. This database comprises over 700 theories from the social sciences. The list is partly developed using ChatGPT and is currently still under revision. This means that information found here should always be checked. You can peruse through the list of theories below. For each theory you will find two descriptions, because the descriptions given by ChatGPT are not always complete, hence two descriptions give use more certainty. If you only see one description, this means that it has already been edited. You will also find references, however before editing this will only show the originator as given by ChatGPT. The edited version will give actual references. Finally, 'related mechanisms' and 'RE examples' will be added manually so will need some time be filled in. I hope you will enjoy, but as always: use wisely!

Tunisian Café Culture as Social Space

Tunisian café culture plays a significant role in social life, serving as a hub for social interaction, political debate, and community bonding. Cafés offer a public space where individuals from various social backgrounds can meet, share news, and participate in collective life, thereby reinforcing social networks and local identity.

Tunisian Café Culture as Social Space highlights the role of cafés as key public spaces in Tunisian society, where people gather for social interaction, leisure, and discussion. Cafés serve as cultural hubs, facilitating the exchange of ideas and strengthening community bonds. This cultural practice is integral to the social fabric of Tunisia, reflecting broader Mediterranean and Arab traditions of café culture as spaces for both relaxation and vibrant social discourse.
